Harbinder Singh Sethi is the major shareholder in RI Consulting Services, he has over 30 years of diverse exposure across Hospitality, Mining, Energy, Telecommunication, Information Technology & Real Estate industries. His key areas of expertise are enhancing Organizational Design, Change management, Strategic sourcing for business results, Capacity building and Management & Administration.


Mr.Sethi is one of the Director of Hydrotanz Ltd .India, a joint venture with Adhunik Group for exploration of Crude oil and Gas in Tanzania, where the group has acquired an Oil and Gas Block called “MNAZI BAY” at Songo Songo Island, Tanzania. Adhunik Group is a renowned name in manufacturing and marketing of Iron & Steel and Ferro Alloys. The group is listed in Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and is valued at $6Billion.


Mr. Sethi is the Promoter and the Director of Pan Africa Builders and Contractors Ltd a Real Estate company launched in the year 1974. It is operational in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and South Africa.


Pan Africa Builders and Contractors Ltd has successfully ventured into the areas of Housing & Real Estate, Hospitality, Commercial & Industrial structures.


Amongst all its activities, the Pan Africa Builders and Contractors Ltd has never left the society out of focus, to which it belongs. It has shouldered the responsibility to provide education and improve health standards of members of the society through Educational Institutes and Hospitals.

Mr.Sethi moved to South Africa in 1996 from Kenya, to setup RAKHEE INVESTMENT PROPERTY GROUP of which he is the 100% owner. Rakhee Investment Group deals and owns major benchmark properties in South Africa.

The group has ventured into Hospitality Industry and the two major properties owned by Rakhee Investments are:
Villa Via Suites Hotel, Sandton
Koedoesfontein Game Lodge

Mr. Sethi has invested in property worth more the 300 millions in and around South Africa, Kenya, UK, India and other countries.

He set up Rakhee Impex (RI) in the year 2002 by means of importing and exporting computers and other IT related products to Kenya and other African countries thus foraying into the IT sector.

While dealing with his clients Mr.Sethi understood there is a shortage of IT skills in African continent and hence he decided to setup RI Consulting Services which will cater to these needs. Mr.Sethi is the Chairman and CEO of RI Consulting ServicesThe success he has achieved in each speaks about his technical, managerial and financial competencies.
